Capturing the background
The look of the background was achieved by using the same fabric sample of my Jade Bracelet project.
I decided to capture two seperate versions of this photo, one with a plant in the background, and another without the cactus.
Capturing the product
To capture the earings, I used a short focal length to capture the earings in detail, while letting the unfocused background hide any textures present in the textiles.
Floating Effect
To balance the earings mid-air, I hung them on a piece of thread on a wooden frame. Then, I edited the string out of the image in Photoshop.
